BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Two tracts of land located in the 2500 and 2600 blocks of Citico Avenue, being on the northeast line of Citico Avenue at Chamberlain Avenue, Kilmer Street, and Glenwood Drive. Lots 1-14, block A, and lots 1-12, block B, Engleside Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 9, page 41, R.O.H.C., and lots 110-115, 145-148, and lot 150, Plat of the Davis Property (sometimes called Englewood), as shown by plat of record in deed book M, volume 18, page 472, R.O.H.C., said lots being the properties described in deed book 3759, page 467, R.O.H.C., deed book 3485, page 490, R.O.H.C., deed book 3648, page 491, R.O.H.C., deed book 3641, page 420, R.O.H.C., deed book 3213, page 781, R.O.H.C., and deed book 3759, page 465, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 146E-E-11, 22-27, and 29. from R-1 Residential Zone and R-2 Residential to R-4 Special Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. A 15-foot buffer from the sides and rear of the house located on the lot described as 146E-E-28. 2. No barb wire shall be used on any fencing. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
